Snubber chafe protection

The chafe protection we use for the anchor snubber.
The snubber being made by definition with elastic rope, it is rythmically elongated by the rode pull, as a result the rope section above the roller (or the hawse pipe) is subject to friction.
We tried the simple hose but we found the snubber rope could be damaged too, so we devised this system.
It's made by two firemen hoses of different section and length.
The bigger and shorter hose A is the outer one.
The smaller and longer hose B runs in the inside of hose A, their relative movement is free.
Hose B has two lanyards at its extremes (blue circles), these two lines are used to attach hose B to the rope: when the rope moves, hose B moves too in the same way.
Hose A has a lanyard on its inboard side (left green oval), this line attaches hose A to the boat (davit, guard rail, whatever is available nearby).
When the boat ''sails'' at anchor the snubber is extended, it moves bringing with itself hose B, whil hose A does not move.
Result: all the friction is only between the two hoses, the rope is not damaged.
It works very well, it is also somehow satisfying looking at the whole thing when it is being used.
